Hot Spot prEN 764-1 “Pressure equipment - Part 1: Vocabulary”

prEN 764-1 “Pressure equipment - Part 1: Vocabulary” is currently under CEN Enquiry ending on 8 January 2014 It has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 54 “Unfired pressure vessels”, the secretariat of which is held by BSI.

This document will supersede EN 764-1:2004.

CEN Enquiry is an opportunity to propose CEN/TC 69 definitions to be included in EN 764-1 to promote consistency across the pressure equipment sector.

This European Standard specifies terms and definitions to be used for pressure equipment and assemblies addressed by the European Directive 97/23/EC.
