EasiDrive: safe, quick valve operation, no matter how many turns are required to fully open or close a valve.

Smith Flow Control’s EasiDrive portable valve actuator is an affordable tool that takes all the hard work out of operating valves in power plants. One user can easily operate multiple hightorque or high-turn valves with a single EasiDrive unit, meaning that risk of injury and fatigue is greatly reduced.

EasiDrive is lightweight and portable and can be powered by air, electricity or battery; it also costs significantly less than permanent actuation. All valve movement is EasiDrive: safe, quick valve operation, no matter how many turns are required to fully open or close a valve. fully controlled by the device, which provides complete protection from the ‘kick’ typically associated with other torque devices through its reaction device. This means safe, quick valve operation, no matter how many turns are required to fully open or close a valve. It is also a ‘continuous drive’ system, which protects the valves from wear and tear, unlike impact wrenches that can cause permanent damage.

EasiDrive is a highly practical tool which enables key personnel to operate valves quickly, safely and easily.
