Bray Launches the Cx Line

Bray developed new products according to the current requirements of the chemical industry and worked extensively with leading companies in the European chemical industry. As a valve manufacturer Bray did not solely focus on the function and performance of the valve, the compliance with the technical delivery conditions and the implementation of the latest European standards, but also on product availability with a wide and varied stockholding in Central Europe.

Key topics such as digitalisation, sustainability and standardisation require innovative product solutions, and gain increasingly importance in many different industries.

In particular, the transformation to climate neutrality, as well as the competitiveness of the chemical industry, is a major challenge and relies upon innovation.

Within this challenge Bray sees a great opportunity to position itself in the market and developed a comprehensive product portfolio to meet these diverse and stringent needs.

The product line, which is specifically designed for the chemical industry, includes a resilient-seated, PTFElined, double offset and triple offset butterfly valve.

A comprehensive ball valve series, manufactured by Kugelhahn Müller, a well-known German ball valve specialist that Bray acquired back in 2014, completes portfolio.

These new products will be introduced as the “Cx Line” and will support the overall Bray corporate strategy. Despite a turbulent market environment, Bray has taken this initiative to pro-actively develop and launch a complete range of new products, a huge advantage of privately-held companies with short decision-making paths and high agility.

All valves of the Cx Line meet NE 167 in addition to all known quality and delivery requirements of the chemical industry in Europe. Therefore, they are ideally suited for a variety of process applications, where the maximum in terms of reliability, safety and tightness is required.

Additionally, each valve features a digital identification tag in accordance with IEC 61406 allowing easy and clear valve identification. The Bray DIGI-ID™ solution enables immediate access to all relevant product information at any time.

With this innovative product portfolio Bray offers a worryfree valve package to enable its customers to streamline their processes and make them more efficient. Bray is looking forward to presenting the Cx Line at Valve World Expo 2022 in Düsseldorf and launch their “element” to the chemical industry.
