Allvalves continues to invest in its team and infrastructure, following 10 years of growth
Allvalves completed its 10th year of trading in 2022 and reported 10 years of growth. Now into its 11th year, Allvalves has continued to invest in its infrastructure, stock and the team that make it all possible.
Allvalves has expanded its warehouse space to allow for more stock than ever before to be held with continued investment in new products to increase the range it offers to its customers but also the delivery time being offered. Now consisting of 3 industrial units in Pershore, Worcestershire, Allvalves have a dedicated valve actuation centre allowing same day building and testing of electric and pneumatic actuated valves.
Allvalves also expanded the team back in July with 3 new appointments. Investing in the marketing side of this business. Allvalves export 40% of its sales and a large amount of business and awareness of what the company can offer has been achieved through its use of social media and international trade shows. The team has also expanded its internal sales team and added a new Business Development Manager. This is an addition to having added customer service roles earlier this year.
Allvalves are set to grow by more than 20% again in 2023 and this is through new partnerships and project orders secured. From large, actuated valve projects in the UK to the largest order ever secured for over 500 valves, for ventilation and filtration projects in Germany. A large part of Allvalves growth has come through OEM collaborations and the team are once again this year working with some of the latest technologies in new, fast-growing industries.
Speaking of new collaborations, Allvalves have recently announced a new strategic partnership with the AC Valves Alliance Group for the supply of Air Torque, Pekos and other leading European brands. Allvalves are now also working with ATAM for prewired din connectors for their actuated valve packages.
Allvalves will this year look to upgrade the Allvalves website, replacing the original Allvalves website that is at the core of its success and has been since the very beginning back in 2012. The new site will focus on being a technical resource whilst show casing all that Allvalves can offer.
Finally, it was recently announced that that Allvalves will operate under the Group structure of the AV Global Group, bringing together Allvalves, AVA for electric actuators and the newly formed AVST, a new R&D technology division.
The BVAA were recently invited Pershore to see for themselves the progress made since joining as a member all those years ago, and the future plans for the group of companies, fully owned by Adam Chapman.
Adam Commented “I have never known a more exciting time for the group of companies, we have all that we need under one roof and are only just getting started. We have a great team with many years’ experience and aim to be the UK’s leading independently owned valve actuation specialist”.
