6,384 interactions in one week

In the 7 days from 30th May 2019, BVAA held THREE Desktop Exhibition events at SNC-Lavalin in Epsom, Wood in Aberdeen and finally SNC-Lavalin in Bristol, with 36, 82 and 50+ attendances respectively.

We make that a possible 6,384 interactions facilitated by the BVAA for members – in a week!

Having organised nearly 70 – yes 70! - of these in-house exhibitions for major valve-customers and users, there’s definitely a feel-good factor about a well-attended event, adding a bit of atmosphere and vibe.

However, it has been stated to us time and time again, by members and the hosts, that numbers are not critical to success. It is the quality of the contacts made that is important, not the quantity.

If you’ve not attended or hosted a BVAA Desktop Exhibition yet, you might want to think about why they are so popular, both with valve suppliers and their customers.

They are quick and hassle-free to set up, they are free of charge to the host with all costs and organisational aspects borne by the BVAA.

We usually run them over the two-hours surrounding the lunch time period to avoid any downtime.

You’ll also get to see all the latest valve industry innovations in the flesh, without ever leaving your offices.

All are welcome. Contact rob.boycott@bvaa.org.uk or rob@bvaa.org.uk to find out more about the benefits and how to arrange a FREE Desktop Exhibition at your own premises.
