Bray and Heap & Partners join forces

Bray Controls has signed an exclusive long-term agreement with Heap & Partners for the distribution of Bray products in Northern and North-West England. The agreement features Bray’s manufactured range of butterfly valves, actuation and controls and check valves. This was effective from December 2009.

Bray and Heap’s share a remarkably similar philosophy towards customer service, and a substantial inventory of locally held products is therefore available for immediate despatch, combined with the expertise of sales and technical support staff that enables the provision of customised solutions. These twin objectives can only be achieved through an ongoing commitment towards staff development, training and retention and, while the UK valve industry faces the unremitting commercial pressure of imported products, both companies have recently made significant investments in expanding their UK premises.
