With 300 exhibitors, 40 seminars featuring over 100 experts across four stages, and a dynamic community of over 10,000 participants, the expo is the UK’s premier platform to connect with industry leaders, engage with suppliers, and explore the latest machinery, materials, and processes.

The event covers the full spectrum of the metals industry, including primary metal manufacturing, supply chain management, design, metal processing, metalworking, fabrication, machinery, surface finishing, and recycling.

The conference programme includes 40 sessions and insights from over 100 leading practitioners. Topics will address the current state of the industry, emerging technologies, and strategic developments.

Chris McDonald, recently elected Member of Parliament for Stockton North and a strong advocate for the UK metals industry, will officially open the show on September 11th at 9:40 AM. At 10:30 AM, don’t miss the exclusive discussion between UK Metals Expo Chair Lord Rupert Redesdale and Tata Steel CEO Rajesh Nair. They will explore the critical transformations needed for a sustainable and viable business in today’s challenging economic environment.

Lord Rupert Redesdale remarked, “We are at a crucial moment for both our country and the steel industry. The UK, the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution, is now poised to lead the next chapter. With new government leadership comes fresh hopes, directions, and opportunities. Together, we will shape the future of the UK metals supply chain and drive transformative change across industries.”

Explore the circular economy, strategies for achieving Net Zero emissions, and trends in the carbon steel market.
