The team at Maher are pleased to announce successful completion of our Lloyds Register Audit against the ISO9001 & AS9100 Rev D standards. These standards confirm our adherence to the stringent requirements of the Aerospace, Defence and Oil & Gas industries worldwide.

Combined with our full JOSCAR Stage 2 accreditation for naval & marine, aerospace, defence and security applications, this gives our customers confidence in our ability to meet the supply chain requirements of these demanding industries.

As we are all aware, the global pandemic has restricted the movement of people, and as a result our audit was performed remotely. For the first time in aerospace history, the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) has lifted the long standing limitations on remote auditing. Fundamental to the success of this remote process was ensuring a solid IT infrastructure.

Thanks to years of continued investment in the most up-to-date hardware, software and services, we were able to complete the remote audit without interruption.

As a long-established stockist and machinist of high-strength, high-performance alloys for Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Naval & Marine, Defence, Power Generation and other special applications, our team will be able to assist you with material requirements for Nickel Alloys, Copper Alloys and other special steel grades.

Maher’s in-house services include cutting, first stage machining such as turning and boring, precision machining, heat treatment & NDT. Due to the stringent requirements of the industries we service, quality is fundamental to everything we do. Supported by both customer and industry approvals, Maher delivers to the full supply chain, from OEMs to smaller machine shops. For more information, please visit www.maher.com
