Dr Martin Haigh MBE will be a familiar name to BVAA members, and especially those who have had delegates participate in the BVAA Future Leaders Programme.
 
Martin is founder of Brighouse-based Lattitude7, who provide the Personal Development Programme for the ‘FLP’, and instrumental in the programme’s success.
 
Lattitude7 were also among the Queens Award winners, and it will come as no surprise to hear that this was for the company’s Excellence in Promoting Opportunity through Social Mobility. 
 
A whopping 30% of Lattitude7’s efforts are provided in-kind and directly focussed on helping the disadvantaged.  Martin commented, ‘It is an absolute honour for our business to be recognised with a Queen’s Award. We have worked hard to support the disadvantaged, especially in the Calderdale community.’
