Our most recent success to celebrate highlights the importance of the ERIKS Projects Team and ERIKS Service Teams and just how our know how and approach remains unrivalled.

An ongoing issue faced by a major Food & Bev Company in the UK, threatened their very own food production.  With a problematic high-pressure actuated ball valve, the ERIKS Application Engineering team could offer the solution to get keep that process flowing.

Dating back originally to 2018 a site visit was made by ERIKS and confirmation of the troublesome valve was made with it failing every three months and with six valves in total on the line, the team were tasked with creating a bespoke design to last a minimum of six months.

With continuous development and a few different variations of prototype created, the ERIKS team worked closely with the ERIKS AMG team in Germany to create the final prototype which we are pleased to report successfully completed a nine-month period within the production line and has now led to the problems being solved and ongoing orders being received.

Not just that but we have begun solving the same issues globally for the company using the same bespoke R&D approved technology.
