An international meeting place where change can be analysed and interpreted, identifying and examining the challenges to which the supply chain is called upon to address. Over the years, IVS - Industrial Valve Summit, the leading international event for the industrial valve technologies and flow control solutions, has taken on an increasingly central role within the industry. The organizers, Confindustria Bergamo and Promoberg, are ready to welcome hundreds of exhibiting companies and thousands of visitors at the fifth edition of the trade fair, which will take place on 15th and 16th May 2024 at the Bergamo Exhibition Centre, Italy.

As well as being a key event for the development of business, IVS offers the opportunity to meet the major players and establish new business ties, and also to take an in-depth look at the latest technological innovations, market developments and socio-economic macro-trends. Scientific discussion around the sector's hottest topics will be developed in the conferences and conventions that will be held during the days of the trade fair. The organizers are in constant contact with the supply chain, as testified by events and discussions in the run-up to the exhibition.

Since the first edition of IVS, which took place in 2015, Industrial Valve Summit has generated a booming trend in terms of visitors, exhibitor numbers and exhibition space. The 2022 edition closed with an influx of 12,000 visitors (+12% compared to 2019) representing more than 60 countries, and hosted around 300 exhibiting companies (+17% compared to the third edition) from 12 countries. The Summit also achieved a new record: the total surface area has expanded to 15,000 square metres, thanks to the creation of a third pavilion in addition to the two at the Bergamo Trade Fair.

Bergamo is ready to welcome thousands of people from all over the world. Not only in terms of hospitality and infrastructural efficiency, but also through a cultural, networking and leisure offer that goes beyond the two-day exhibition. The Bergamo district is a strategic centre of gravity for the entire industry: a 100-kilometre radius of the province is home to 90% of the companies that contribute to the industrial valve value chain in Italy. A leading territory for the sector and in the national panorama, which is distinguished by elements such as manufacturing expertise, excellence on international markets and entrepreneurial culture.
