We are a proud partner to many international OEMs of special valves and flow control equipment, supplying Certified Bolting for Quality Critical applications (Low Temperature, High Temperature, High Pressure, Corrosion Resistant, etc) across the Oil, Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Nuclear and Defence Industries.

Our Certified Bolting scope of supply generally falls into 2 key areas:

• Made to Order Fasteners in special materials such as:

- Stainless Steels: 904L Alloy 20, UNS S31254, Nitronic®50 (XM-19), Nitronic®60.

- Duplex & Super Duplex: UNS S31803, UNS S32750, UNS S32760.

- Copper Nickel Alloys: Monel® (400, K500).

- Nickel Alloys: Inconel® (625, 718, 825), Incoloy® (800/H/HT, 925), Hastelloy® (B2, B3, B4, C276, C22).

- Non-Ferrous: Aluminium Bronze, Nickel Aluminium Bronze, Cupro-Nickel.

- Strain Hardened: A2-70/80, A4-70/80, B8, B8M, B8T class 2, Zeron°100 FG/FLT.

• Standard ASTM grade Studbolts & Nuts in petrochemical grades such as

- ASTM A193/A320 Alloy Steels: B7, B7M, B16, L7, L7M, L43.

- ASTM A193/A320 Stainless Steels: B8, B8M, B8T (classes 1 and 2).

- ASTM A194 Hex Nuts grades 2H, 2HM, 7L, 7M, 8, 8M, 8T.

Additional Requirements.

• As part of our overall supply, we offer the management of any external processes such as NDE, Heat Treatment, Laboratory Testing, Coating & Plating.

We supply products with Full Material Certification and Full Product Traceability to Internationally recognised standards (ASTM, ASME, ANSI, BS, EN, DEF-STAN, DIN, ISO, NACE, NORSOK, etc).

• If required, we can support customers with additional requirements such as working to ITP’s and Quality Plans, BS EN 10204 type 3.2 (Third Party with Intent), specific Country of Origin restrictions, etc.
