Alco Valves group’s new Instrumentation Valve, Double Block & Bleed and piping interface solutions Sales and Technical Center in Houston, Texas.

Alco Valves Group, a global leader in designing and manufacturing instrumentation, fluid power solutions, Double Block & Bleed valves and piping interface solutions, announces the opening of their new office and warehouse facility in Houston, Texas. The announcement was made by Stuart Lomax, Managing Director of the Alco Valves Group, “Building on a commitment to provide enhanced levels of service, sales support and technical collaboration to the Houston market and throughout the Americas, Alco Valves made the investment decision to open our new sales, service and technology center in the Houston area. This facility will allow Alco Valves to quickly respond to the needs of local and regional customers and our distribution partners.”

Alco Valves is one of the most respected names in the manufacture and application of instrumentation valves. Renowned for the quality of its products and application expertise, Alco Valves range of valves and ancillary equipment has for over 30 years, been used successfully in oil and gas, marine, refinery and chemical applications.

The new facility is part of Alco Valves’ strategy to expand its connectivity with the Oil & Gas community in Houston, the Gulf of Mexico and balance of Latin America regions. “Through our new Houston facility, Alco Valves will be able to more effectively expand and integrate sales activities with our customers and distributor partners in the region” states Kevin Lomax North America President for Alco Valves Inc.

Focused on serving the global Oil & Gas market, the building facilities includes sales and marketing offices, training and meeting rooms and a video-conferencing room that uses the latest technology to enable virtual meetings around the globe. In addition to the prestigious office and administration space, there is a large shop & warehouse with product configuration and testing, design engineering and assembly, refurbishment and repair capabilities.

The company has also invested over two million US dollars in complete valves inventory as part of the Ready-to-Go inventory (the RTG initiative) and a significant local inventory of component parts, seats and seals and accessories to allow for the fast and efficient turnaround of specials or modifications of existing valves to client specifications.
