Energy Bolting is excited to share significant developments that position us to better serve our clients in the energy and defence sectors.

Our recent move to a new, larger facility marks a major step forward, bringing all operations under one roof. This transition increases our overall efficiency and production capacity, ensuring we are well-prepared to meet growing customer demand.

In line with this expansion, we have strengthened our inventory of materials.

Our stock now includes a broader range of alloy and carbon steels, as well as corrosion-resistant alloys for API-20E and API-20F bolting (API 20E-0098 BSL 1, 2 & 3 and API 20F-0048 BSL 2 & 3). This investment allows us to offer shorter delivery times and more competitive pricing, providing customers with the high-quality fasteners they need, when they need them.

Our commitment to continuous improvement is further reflected in the addition of new CNC and thread rolling machinery. This enhanced manufacturing capacity enables us to streamline production, maintain our high standards, and respond quickly to market demands. We’ve also brought certain heat treatment processes in-house, reducing turnaround times and improving process control.

Throughout these changes, we remain dedicated to meeting the industry's highest standards. Our certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, API-20E, API-20F, PED, AD2000 and JOSCAR, reflect our ongoing commitment to quality.

With our expansion, Energy Bolting is well-positioned to deliver reliable, efficient solutions to our customers, helping them succeed in an increasingly demanding market.
