Heap & Partners Ltd are launching their new Phase Butterfly Valve Range. Adding to their existing family of valves. To help the launch the company has also taken on a familiar name in the industry.

Back in 2012, Heap & Partners launched their first product under the Phase brand name. Phase Trunnion Mounted Ball valves. These were initially sold into the UK oil & gas sector but have since been sold all over the world. This initial success was quickly followed by a subsea design and then a nuclear version. Double block & bleed designs and top entry designs also followed. Manufactured in Great Britain at Heap & Partners Birkenhead factory orders have been shipped globally. Projects have been won in Texas, Azerbaijan, the South China sea as well as both on and offshore in their home market.

In 2020 the company expanded and diversified the Phase brand with Phase check valves, also made in their own factory. This was quickly followed with a range of Phase Hygienic Diaphragm Valves. The Phase diaphragm valve is targeting the Pharmaceutical and hygienic markets at home and abroad, these valves are also made by Heap & Partners in Great Britain. Orders for Phase diaphragm valves have now been shipped across the world to customers in Europe, Ireland, Asia, USA and South America. The range includes actuators, manual bonnets, two-way bodies, block body designs, tank bottom valves and exotic materials; all on short lead times.

Today, Heap & Partners announce the newest member of the Phase family. Phase Butterfly Valves. The range encompasses Concentric Butterfly Valves, Double Offset Butterfly valves and their high performing Triple Offset butterfly valves for the most arduous duties.
